The Easiest 3 Ingredient Banana Oat Meal Cookies.

How do baking cookies ever be quick? You normally have to acquire a scale, carefully measure out all the components, caress the bread to ages, cut out small cookies into heart, star and moon shapes then wait a second century'til they are baked.

NEVER EVER could I bake cookies under these conditions. That is just how I roll. But after that I encounter these Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that's what I call them, anyhow.)

Okay, they do not taste just like the biscuits you get around Christmas time. Rather they are a little more gooey and don't crumble at all.

However, what mostly convinced me was you can have them prepared in 25 minutes including the baking time! No shit.

Possibly the most astonishing thing about the cookies is they involve just 2 ingredients! Yep that's right, and anybody can combine two components.

Though if you would like to make them even tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up with a few add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's up to you!

It seems more and more like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody is gonna pay me if you eat them), but I have to mention yet another awesome thing about these cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, once I had had the initial I finished the remainder inside an hour.

They're ideal for hiking excursions or other occasions where you need a quick energizing snack on the move. Now I keep them as a quick bite in my back pack.

It also has to be noted they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the normal cookie suspects. Just oats and bananas.

Health Benefits -- Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies

First I wanted to call them"Fitness Cookies" -- cause I still feel these will be the only really healthful snacks that have yet been made by humankind .

Take oats for example. Not only do they decrease your cholesterol levels which in turn can help you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but in addition they energize you with great carbs and nutrients to keep you going for longer during the day.

Those nutrients include manganese, great for bone creation and skin integrity as well as magnesium -- significant for energy production to allow you to feel fuller

Much like bananas -- the favourite fruit one of athletes -- not only cause they have an adequate quantity of good carbohydrates but also for being the huge players at the potassium game.

Potassium is a really important nutrient for avoiding tiredness and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you have a difficult day ahead of you.

Since you can see, I am a huge banana biscuits fan.

Here's a good example of if I might have done with a couple of those biscuits. Regrettably, I didn't have them .
